What was the highlight of Onomo Hotel
Good
Excellent service from staff, very friendly and helpful . From the driver, security, to receptionist, they made us feel free and welcomed, they provided information whenever we needed anything. The chef honestly deserves a bells the food there is mouth watering .
Overall it's a good place, just that the rooms are a bit stuffy due to lack of proper ventilation & the bedding smells like they were stored while still damp

A good hotel with excellent facilities. However, some staff still need to change their behaviour.
Good hotel on good location. The breakfast is also good.
The behaviour of some of the staff members, in particular, those on ground floor and reception is a bit worrisome and unprofessional.
